Privacy policy

What we collect

Account email and password hash (via the authentication provider); analyses, reports and saved items you create; basic usage and AI-cost metrics; and privacy-friendly site analytics (see below). We do not collect payment details: PropCami is free.

Analytics and cookies

By default we use a random session identifier (session cookie) to count visits and tool usage; no IP address or fingerprint is stored. A persistent visitor identifier (to recognise returning visits) is used only if you choose Allow. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured. Analytics are aggregated and are never shared with advertisers at an individual level.

Advertising and your data

Developer advertising is shown based on the page you are viewing (for example an area guide) and filters you choose — not on your private conversations. We do not sell or share your chat history, financial inputs, uploaded documents or personal profile with advertisers.

Optional developer inquiries

If you choose Request more information on a sponsored project, we store your name, contact details and a record of your consent naming the developer. This is optional and separate from using the site. Details are not sent to a developer automatically: transmission is subject to compliance checks [to be confirmed with counsel]. You can ask us to delete your inquiry.

Uploaded documents

Brochures are processed in memory to extract fields and are not stored. Their text is treated as data and never as instructions.

AI processing

Chat messages are sent to an AI provider (OpenAI) to generate answers. Do not enter sensitive personal data.

Your rights

You can export your data and delete your account from the dashboard. Deleting removes saved analyses and reports. Historical payment records from the former paid model may be retained in anonymised form for accounting.
