The AI explains results, asks clarifying questions and calls our calculators and data tools. It does not perform the arithmetic itself.

It can be wrong

AI can misunderstand a question, omit context or phrase things imperfectly. Check important figures in the calculators and against official sources before acting.

Independent from advertising

The AI has no access to advertisers, campaigns or payments, and sponsored projects are shown separately and never ranked by the AI.

Not advice

Real-estate investments involve risk, including loss of capital. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

Fair-use limits

AI use is limited per day to keep the service free. When a limit is reached we tell you when it resets; calculators and area guides remain available.
