PropCami is free
The service is free for users. It is funded by clearly labelled advertising and sponsorships from real-estate developers and related providers.
Labels
Every paid placement is labelled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” and appears in its own section, visually distinct from independent content. Sponsored projects are never mixed into AI-generated ranked recommendations.
Independence of analysis
Advertisers cannot influence or purchase changes to market statistics, rental-yield or mortgage calculations, transaction comparisons, risk assessments, price evaluations, financial assumptions, AI conclusions or editorial recommendations. Our analysis code does not receive any advertiser, campaign or payment information.
Sponsored neighborhood pages
A sponsor may be named on an area guide. The sponsorship does not change the statistics, calculations or editorial text on that page.
How ads are targeted
By page context (for example the area, property type or price band you are viewing) and filters you choose. We do not use or sell your private conversations, financial information or personal profile for targeting.
Developer information
Prices, completion dates and availability shown in sponsored cards are provided by the developer and confirmed only for presence of the field; verify them with the developer. We show a value only when it has been marked verified.
Optional inquiries
Requesting information from a developer is optional, requires separate consent naming the developer, and is not required to use any feature. Lead sharing is subject to regulatory and licensing checks [to be confirmed with counsel].
